Thank you to all the participants for your enthusiastic involvement. The second round of scoring for the photo contest has been successfully completed! Next, we will announce the results and the entries that have advanced to the final round.

This contest was divided into two stages. The first stage lasted for five months and included submissions and the preliminary selection. The top ten entries with the most votes proceeded to the second round. The judges were Wei Wuxian & Lan Wangji doll collectors from around the world.

Scoring rules were as follows: each judge rated each work on three criteria—1. Creativity, 2. Aesthetics, and 3. Narrative—on a scale of 1 to 10. The entry with the highest total score was declared the winner. Additionally, each judge wrote a comment in the tone of a designated character. While the characters themselves will remain anonymous, the panel of judges will be disclosed.

To allow fans of The Untamed worldwide to enjoy these creations, all content and results have been translated into four languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.

Translations were generated with ChatGPT, so please kindly forgive any minor inaccuracies.

During the preliminary round, two entries received the same number of votes, so in the end, a total of 11 entries advanced to the final selection.

Compiling all of your evaluations was incredibly moving. Though everyone comes from different countries and speaks different languages, the passion for The Untamed and WangXian is so shared and heartfelt. I hope this feeling comes through in every language. This project was unlike any before, and it was truly a joy to experience it together with all the participants and judges!
